As an Apprentice you will be based, as a paid employee, within BCHC. Whilst you will be allocated to one specific area, you will experience working across both internal and external placements to gain an appreciation of the different areas of local healthcare services and meet the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) requirements.
Internal candidates (those currently working for BCHC) have the opportunity to complete a secondment, enabling them to retain current annual leave, sickness and salary.
External candidates will be paid the national apprenticeship wage. Please do research via the link below before applying.
