As a Work Based Learning Coach, you will join a dynamic team of dedicated staff to enhance a high-quality apprenticeship journey by working with academic experts and professional staff at the University and a diverse employer client base. Specifically, you will be supporting apprentices on Management Apprenticeships namely Chartered Manager and Senior Leader Degree Apprenticeships and working alongside a number of high-profile employers. You will also be engaging with the course teams to enhance your discipline knowledge and use your organisational strengths to support the delivery of work-based learning modules on campus.

Your role will be to undertake frequent and regular progress reviews with apprentices and their employers, conducted digitally, via telephone and in the Apprentice's workplace to support the apprenticeship journey and the University's compliance with funding rules and good practice in vocational learning at higher levels.
