Job Role :



To help support and maintain relevant ISO 9001 standards.

To guide & instruct the company on the responsibilities associated with the standard's requirements working with the Intel specifications.

To ensure that the need for process improvement and the involvement of the process users is a part of the company culture.

Manage, co-ordinate and report on the Internal and external NCR's.

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regards to NCR's

Organise and create NCR reports, seeking route cause.

Identify the issue.

Manpower, Materials, Machines, Environment

Audit the process ensuring we are fully compliant working from the Intel specification designed around our internal fabrication department.

QA responsibility for Fabrication, Warehouse, Stock Control, Transport, Planning and Scheduling.

Ensure printing off of QA packs is completed in a timely and quality manner.



Reporting the Head of Operations, the QA Manager is responsible for carrying out the Company's objectives relating to the Quality Intel specifications. Typically, these responsibilities involve the administration of the systems to ensure any appropriate compliance scheme is met, together with the specific needs of the Company. Furthermore, the role requires that:-



The culture of continuous improvement within the business continues and is practiced by all company personnel.



The system is auditable in line with all accreditations and results monitored and acted upon.



Scheduled reviews are conducted and reported to the Head of Operations with targets for improvement.



Lead and develop a 5's environment, sort, straighten, shine, standardise, sustain and review, a constant cycle.



Create a H&S culture that everyone is accountable and responsible to ensure their safety and their colleagues around them



Organise the packs in line with the scheduled build program, when printing regard to top priorities down wards



The successful candidate will have the following:


* Practical experience of Quality Assurance.
* Experience with Quality Standards
* Working to Specifications
* Carrying out Audits
* Fabrication & process driven
* Previous managerial/supervisory experience.
* Familiarity with computer systems
