Summary
We require an Assistant Manager work alongside and give give support to the Registered Manager and to take charge in her absence at a small 16 bed care home providing high standards of individualised care to elderly persons. Applicants must have the minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Health & Social Care and 3 out of 5 years of caring for the elderly at senior level with good management and leadership skills. The hours will be around 30 a week and will involve early and late shifts and alternate weekends. Consideration may be given to candidates with NVQ level 3 with significant experience as a senior care practitioner with a leadership role and the aptitude and willingness to undertake further training so as to achieve level 4/5
