Your responsibilities will include:
- Publishing compelling adverts for placement on the company's careers page, job boards, and various social media platforms.
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter to actively search for and identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Serve as the initial contact for candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and enhance the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring that it remains current, accurate, and reflective of the latest candidate information.
This is a 12 month FTC based at our Head Office in Hoddesdon.
About you
- Recruitment experience, either from an internal or agency background.
- Previous recruitment experience in a fast-paced, target-focused environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritise appropriately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
