To provide support for young man with a neurological condition.

I am a 26 year old wheelchair user with a severe visual impairment and some speech difficulties who is seeking a friendly P.A. with a great sense of humour to support me and allow my parents some respite. I like doing games on Alexa and listening to comedy, and generally having a good laugh. I listen to the radio as I cannot see television, and I go out occasionally or stay in , weather permitting. There is one basic requirement occasionally for personal care, to be discussed at interview, I would need also assistance with eating . I’d like my P.A. to be up for a good chat, and be young at heart, sharing some of my interests.

Summary terms and conditions
• The rate of pay for this position is £11 per hour ( increase in April)
• Hours and times of work: 2 evenings per week 5.30pm to 9pm ( flexible if necessary)
The post is subject to the following:
• A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
• Satisfactory references from two referees,
• Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
