As our Food and Beverage supervisor you will:
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
- Supervise, train, and motivate our talented team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs
- Assist in developing and implementing new menus and promotions
- Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment
- Contribute to financial success through budget management and revenue generation

- Proven experience in food and beverage supervision or a related role
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
