Summary
Temp to perm Van Driver/Service Engineer required in the Alfreton area. This particular company are well known nationally, have operated in the area for 100 years and specialise in the supply of medical equipment to the community.
Under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2021 there is a requirement for those working in care homes to be fully vaccinated. This will apply to all staff visiting care homes. Therefore applications will only be accepted from candidates who can evidence that they have been fully vaccinated unless medically exempt.
The role:
The role will involve more than driving from A to B; you will be involved in delivering and installing health related products that help our customers remain independent in their own homes for longer. Delivering life enhancing equipment, you will see directly the benefits to life this brings. Your main duties will include the following:
Delivering, collecting, and installing healthcare equipment in our customers’ homesDemonstrating the equipment for our customersLoading equipment onto and off the vanBasic DIY tasksRequirements for the role
Full UK driving licenceDeliver a service with empathy and careWork well independently and as part of a team as well as having good communication skillsBasic DBS checkHours
You will be required to work between the hours of 0700 and 1700, Monday to Friday.
