Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Needed!
Are you a skilled engineer with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? My market-leading client within the food industry is on the lookout for a Maintenance Engineer with a passion for Electro-Mechanical systems and a drive for excellence. The successful candidate will be taking sole ownership of their new state-of-the-art packaging line where they will have a hybrid approach of creating maintenance schedules as well as being hands-on and conducting proactive maintenance when necessary.
Key requirements:
- Electro-Mechanical Expertise: Your maintenance prowess extends to Electro-Mechanical systems, making you the go-to person for keeping operations humming. A working knowledge of Siemens PLC based systems is essential (fault finding).
- Packaging Line Experience: With hands-on experience in packaging lines, you understand the intricacies of manufacturing environments like the back of your hand.
- Maintenance Planning Savvy: You're no stranger to maintenance planning and scheduling, ensuring that downtime is minimized and productivity stays high.
Your mission:
- Preventative Maintenance Pro: You grasp the importance of preventative maintenance and can implement strategies to keep equipment in top shape.
- Leadership in Maintenance: Your leadership shines as you coach and mentor operators, guiding them towards peak performance like a caring parent figure.
