Yard Operative
Yard operative required on a temp-to-perm contract for a well-established client located in Castle Donington. This particular company is well-known within the Midlands and has successfully operated within the area for many years. They deal with timber products and pallet logistics.
The Role
Repairing wooden pallets with the use of a nail gun
Assembling wooden pallets with the use of a nail gun
Using hand tools to assemble components
Working towards targets
Due to the nature of the work, the majority of the role will be located outside
Ad hoc warehouse and yard duties as and when required
Requirements
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
Ability to work as part of a team
Patience and flexibility
Okay with working outside in all weather
Safety boots & hi-vis vest
Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday: 7 am to 5 pm
Friday: 7 am to 3:30 pm
