We are looking for a personal assistant to join a small team supporting a lovely, gentle 15yr old girl with complex and multiple learning and physical disabilities.
The role would involve providing carer support in the morning to administer medication, get her dressed and ready for school. Weekend support morning, afternoon or evening to help with tasks associated with that time of the day.Likely tasks to support the young lady could be oral feeding, gastrostomy feeding, medication administration, dressing, changing pads and fun activities such as massage / walks / singing / music/ bathing.Care would involve use of lifting equipment hoist with slings and gastrostomy for medication and fluid administration. Full training would be given.
