Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Temporary) in Derby

Key Responsibilities:- Accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch in a timely manner- Conducting regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies- Using manual and electronic systems for stock management and data entry- Operating warehouse machinery and equipment safely, adhering to health and safety guidelines- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment- Assisting with loading and unloading of deliveries as required- Collaborating with colleagues and working as part of a team to achieve common goals- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications and Skills:- Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative or similar role is highly desirable- Exceptional organisational and time management skills- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Physically fit and able to meet the physical demands of the job (lifting heavy loads, prolonged standing, etc.)- A valid Forklift License (desirable but not essential)
