If you possess a valid driving license, have experience in the driving industry, and are looking for temporary employment, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:- Safely and efficiently operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle to transport goods and equipment to designated locations- Maintain a high standard of customer service while ensuring timely deliveries- Adhere to all relevant traffic laws and regulations- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or issues promptly- Handle paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records- Collaborate with the logistics team to plan routes and optimize delivery schedules- Assist with loading and unloading goods when necessary- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle at all timesQualifications:- Valid 7.5 tonne driving license (Category C1) with no more than 6 penalty points- Proven experience in driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting- Excellent knowledge of UK road laws and traffic regulations- Strong customer service and communication skills- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Good organizational and time-management abilities- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting when requiredPay Rate: £12.00 to £13.00 per hourTo apply for this exciting opportunity, please visit our website workchain.co.uk and complete the online application form.
