I am a young lady that enjoys socialising with my friends and accessing the community.
I have a mild learning disability and Autism which affects my understanding.
I live a very independent life in an adapted part of the family home.
I have Prader Willi Syndrome and I need supervision around meal portions.
I currently have one PA that supports me daily but i am looking to employ a PA to support me to see my father in the community to catch up with a cuppa. The post is for 6 hours a month, this is to be split into 2 shifts of 3 hours, every fortnight. One of these shifts will be to see my father, the other will be to access cinema, bowling, or play board games with the PA.
Supervision will be given as well as training to suit my needs.
There is the possibility to cover annual leave for other PAs.
