Summary
HGV2 driverHGV2 driver required in Burton-On-Trent for one of the world's leading supplier of pharmaceutical items such asvitamins, minerals, health supplements, specialist foods and natural beauty products. As a HGV 2 driver, you will be placed on an immediate temp to perm contract.The roleDistribution of pharmaceutical items Nationwide with the use of a HGV2Safely and efficiently operate a HGV Class 2 vehicle in accordance with traffic laws and company policiesConduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthinessLoad and unload goods using appropriate methods, adhering to health and safety guidelinesDeliver goods to designated locations promptly and efficientlyComplete required paperwork accurately, including delivery notes and timesheetsCommunicate effectively with dispatchers, colleagues, and customers to ensure a smooth delivery processMaintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance or mechanical issues promptlyAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant legal requirementsRequirements for this roleC entitlement ondriving licence with a minimum of 6 months on it and 6 months HGV driving experienceCage experienceProven experience as a HGV2 driverExperience in store deliveries ideal but no essential25 years old or olderValiddigital tacho and CPC cardNo more than 6 points on licenceSafety boots www.workchain.co.ukand complete the online application form only.
