Safely operate an HGV 1 vehicle in compliance with all driving regulations and company policies.2. Effectively transport goods to designated locations while adhering to delivery schedules.3. Conduct vehicle inspections and report any defects or malfunctions promptly.4. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays that occur during transportation.5. Ensure all paperwork, including delivery notes and related documents, are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.6. Provide exceptional customer service by handling client queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.7. Collaborate with colleagues and warehouse staff to coordinate loading and unloading activities.8. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, both internally and externally.9. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including securing loads properly to ensure their stability during transit.Qualifications:1. Hold a valid HGV 1 license, with a minimum of 2 years' driving experience.2. Possess a valid CPC card.3. Have a digital tachograph card.4. Display a thorough understanding of road safety regulations and driving laws.5. Excellent knowledge of the Goole area and surrounding regions.6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately complete paperwork.7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.8. Able to work independently and as part of a team.9.
