An esteemed opportunity has arisen for a Refuse Loader to join our reputable client located in South Derbyshire.
Our client, a well-known local government authority with a longstanding presence in the area, is seeking dedicated individuals to contribute to their refuse collection operation. Enhanced overtime and bank holiday rates further highlight the attractiveness of this position.
The Role:
As a Refuse Loader, you will be integral to the efficient functioning of our client's refuse collection operation, working Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities will commence immediately, encompassing assistance with refuse collection rounds as necessary. Working alongside a team of loaders (typically 3/4 individuals), you will swiftly unload bins utilizing the assistance of machinery on the truck. A keen awareness of Health and Safety protocols is imperative in this role.
Requirements for this Role:
The successful Refuse Loader will possess the following:
Physical fitness and robust healthCompliance with safety regulations, including the use of safety boots & hi-vis vestFlexibility to accommodate a range of AM shift start timesHours:
The work schedule entails Monday to Friday shifts commencing at 0545, with finish times subject to variation. Refuse Loaders can expect to work approximately 35-40 hours over a 5-day period.
