Personal assistant carerHours/shifts: Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays (15 hours a week)Shifts can vary from early afternoon shifts 1 pm -5 pm and evening shifts This is dependent on what activities are planned that week.

SummaryI am a 43-year-old man looking for support out and about in the community, I am a talkative, fun character and enjoy taking part in a range of activities including music, basketball, go-karting, cooking pool, and live music.
As part of the role, you will need to formulate a weekly/monthly schedule of activities, whilst taking into account the weekly financial budget. The activities should be engaging and help build my confidence and independence.I have a range of conditions including epilepsy, partial deafness, and double vision. I also have memory loss and because of this, I create a memory book of photos of all the activities I have participated in, which you will need to support me to do.You must be a driver who has access to a vehicle to use for the job with a UK Driving Licence. This is a rewarding role with all the professional training provided.
