Summary
Multi-drop Parcel Delivery DriverWorkchain, a leading UK-based recruitment agency, is currently seeking experienced Multi-drop Parcel Delivery Drivers for our esteemed client in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a valid driving license and a passion for delivering exceptional service.Responsibilities:- Safely and efficiently transport parcels to designated locations within the assigned timeframes- Plan and manage delivery routes effectively to optimize time and resources- Conduct vehicle safety checks before every shift and report any damages or faults promptly- Follow company policies and procedures regarding parcel handling, vehicle maintenance, and health and safety guidelines- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon receiving packages- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any queries or concerns and ensuring a positive delivery experience- Collaborate with the team to meet daily delivery targets and assist in loading and unloading parcels when requiredQualifications:- Valid UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points- Previous experience in a similar multi-drop parcel delivery role is highly desirable- Excellent knowledge of the Tamworth area and surrounding regions- Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and carrying parcels up to 30kg- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict delivery schedules- Exceptional communication and customer service skills- Good attention to detail and strong organizational abilities- Flexible approach to work, including the willingness to work weekends if requiredIf you are a reliable and committed individual with a passion for driving and delivering excellent service, we would love to hear from you.
