Key Responsibilities:- Operating a forklift truck using a counterbalance attachment to load, unload, and move goods efficiently and safely- Conducting daily pre-use inspections of the forklift to ensure it is in proper working condition- Adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring all processes are carried out in compliance with company policies- Efficiently stacking and storing products in designated locations within the warehouse- Replenishing stock accurately and recording all transactions- Assisting with inventory checks and conducting stock movements- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks- Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free working environmentQualifications:- Valid and up-to-date certificate for Counterbalance forklift operations- Minimum of 1-year experience as a forklift counterbalance driver within an industrial setting- Proven ability to safely handle heavy and potentially hazardous materials- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations related to forklift operations- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in carrying out tasks- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team- Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and prioritiesPay Rate: £11.50 to £12.50 per hourHow to Apply:Interested candidates are kindly requested to apply exclusively through the Workchain website at workchain.co.uk.
