Summary

Midwifery Talent Pool We are looking for Midwives to join Manx Care! You will play a key role in the Islands community providing high quality care to parents and infants within Hospital or community settings. To work as a Midwife on the Isle of Man you will need to be registered with the UK’s Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Unfortunately if you are not registered we will not be able to accept your application to the Talent Pool. What can this role offer me? We offer shift allowances of: Time + 30% for work after 8pm and all hours worked on a Saturday Time + 60% for work on Sundays and Bank Holidays You will enjoy generous annual leave entitlement of 27 days and 10 public holidays For candidates not on the Isle of Man we will reimburse your interview expenses and give you a relocation package of up to £7,000 to get you, your things and your family to the island. You will also be eligible for housing assistance to help contribute towards your mortgage or rent on the island For those relocating or returning to the island you will receive a refund on your national insurance contributions made in your first year, this could be up to £4,000!
