Dan is 31 yrs old with a range of interests and pass times. The main sports he participates in are snooker and pool and he is a member of two local clubs. He likes to go swimming and to the gym and likes going to the cinema. He is a fan of motorsport, mainly F1 and British Touring Cars and he is also a fan of LUFC and Barcelona. He is a music fan and likes to attend concerts. He can travel locally independently and volunteers for two local charities.

The successful applicant should be a similar age to Dan and obviously have similar interests and ideally live locally to LS14. He should be a Full UK driving license holder and car owner and be willing to use the vehicle on outings and trips, for which expenses will be paid.

Dan has a mild learning disability, suffers from Epilepsy, which is well controlled with medication, and is on the Autistic spectrum because of this he needs a male PA to assist him to access his interests in the community and to accompany him on short breaks.

He lives art home with his parents and younger sister.

Rate of pay is Weekdays £10.50p - Weekends £13.07p.

The allocated 10 weekly hours can be split up over various days, dependent on which activities he wants to do

The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and must provide two references which will be checked.
