Look no further, as Workchain, a leading UK-based recruitment agency, is currently seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join our client in Sheffield.Key Responsibilities:- Safely and efficiently operate a HGV Class 2 vehicle, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines- Collect and deliver goods within specified timeframes, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliveries- Conduct pre and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance issues- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional conduct at all times- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of oneself and othersQualifications Required:- Valid and up-to-date HGV Class 2 license- CPC card- Digital tachograph card- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a HGV Class 2 driver- Strong knowledge of driving regulations and road safety standards- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and customers- Strong organizational and time management abilities
