Personal Assistant Required to support a lady in BD4. I have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s, I struggle to walk and I am risk of falling.
I require support around the home and support to access things in the community.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting out of bed- Assisting from sitting to standing (support under arms or moving feet)- Assisting her with personal care in the bathroom, changing continence products, changing clothes, cleaning her after going to the toilet, helping her brush her teeth and wash.- Assisting taking medication- Assisting writing emails and making phone calls for appointments- Getting and making food (fruit, toast, drinks)- Applying cream and compression socks to legs- support to hospital appointments where needed- small amounts of occasional shopping
It is important that the PA is punctual and can support me around the home.
