Responsibilities:- Safely and efficiently operate a Class 2 vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies- Accurately and efficiently load, unload, and deliver goods to the designated destinations- Conduct thorough vehicle checks and report any defects or issues promptly- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed- Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company in a professional manner at all times- Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others
Qualifications:- Valid and up-to-date HGV Class 2 license- Digital tachograph card and full Driver CPC qualification- A minimum of 1 year's experience in HGV driving, preferably within a similar role- Steel experience is essential!! - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills- A reliable and responsible approach to work, with a strong commitment to safety
