With a competitive pay rate of £12.00 per hour, this permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and stability in the dynamic industrial sector.Key Responsibilities:- Operating a Counterbalance forklift efficiently and safely within a fast-paced warehouse environment.- Ensuring the accurate and timely movement of goods, maintaining inventory integrity.- Loading and unloading trucks and containers, adhering to safe handling procedures.- Utilizing forklift controls to stack and organize products in designated areas.- Conducting routine maintenance and inspection on the forklift to guarantee its optimal functionality.- Adhering to health and safety regulations, ensuring a secure working environment.- Collaborating with team members to fulfill operational targets effectively.- Maintaining proper documentation to track inventory movements accurately.Qualifications and Skills:- Valid Counterbalance forklift license is required.- Proven experience and expertise in operating a forklift counterbalance.- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to forklift operations.- Proficient in maneuvering forklifts in tight spaces and challenging conditions.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and lift heavy loads when necessary.- Strong team player with effective communication skills.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This role:
Monday - Friday.
14:00pm - 22:00pm
Weekly pay.
Must have forklift driving experience.
