Workchain, a reputable recruitment agency, is currently searching for a skilled and qualified individual to fill the role of HGV 2 ADR Driver for our esteemed client.Responsibilities:- Safely and efficiently operate an HGV 2 vehicle to transport goods in a timely manner.- Adhere to all relevant driving regulations and legislation regarding load security and road safety.- Conduct routine vehicle checks and maintenance, ensuring optimum working condition at all times.- Carry out accurate paperwork, including delivery notes, timesheets, and any relevant documentation.- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professional conduct when interacting with clients and customers.- Demonstrate a strong understanding of ADR regulations, ensuring secure handling and transport of hazardous materials.- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle, both internally and externally.Qualifications:- Valid HGV 2 driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.- A valid ADR license with relevant modules (minimum of 3 in tanks).- Previous experience in a similar role and a proven track record of safe driving practices.- Excellent knowledge of road transport legislation and load security procedures.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to varying schedules and environments.- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Pay Rate: £17.00 per hourTo apply for this position, please visit our website at workchain.co.uk and complete the online application form.
