We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Support Worker.

We have a great opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team based in Cheltenham on a permanent basis, working 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £24,770 per annum as well as other generous benefits which include:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key work and support clients generally within your Service,
- Provide personal care to identified clients
- Take an active role in the assessment and managing client risk in a clear and calm manner.
- Manage client meetings and facilitate the Client Inclusion and Training representatives
- Ensure that all medication within the service, is managed in line with Trust policy and procedures.
- Assist in the management of the referral process within the service to achieve agreed occupancy levels
A satisfactory enhanced DBS and Adults Barred List check is required for this role and job offers will be subject to the Trust receiving satisfactory evidence of the successful applicant’s right to work in the UK.

About THE KNOLE
The Knole is a Registered care home for men with multiple needs, including substance misuse, mental health needs or a learning disability. It is located in Cheltenham. The project is a Forensic Step-Down facility with a small friendly team of 16 and we have 15 clients.
