Due to one of my regular carers being on sick I need a PA/Carer for a few weeks. The duties would be for personal and practical help although I need a Carer who can take me out to appointments. Hours approx 9.5 a week although there will be other shifts if you are available and it would help if you could work one weekend in three (5hours over the two days). Meal preparation, medication, showering and generally helping to maintain my independence.
