Workchain is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and reliable Production Operative to join their busy team in Birmingham. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- This role does include handball - Loading and unloading goods from vehicles- Moving stock around the warehouse using a pallet truck and other equipment- Labelling and scanning products- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment- Undertaking any other duties as requested by management
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable, but not essential- Good numeracy and literacy skills- Strong attention to detail- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work under pressure- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Good time management skills
Pay Rate: £10.42per hour
