Summary
Workchain is currently seeking a reliable and experienced 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our client’s team based in Birmingham on a temporary to perm basis.As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, the successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations whilst adhering to all driving regulations and road safety measures. This role will require excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as attention to detail. The majority of this role will be caged based work and an small element of handballKey Responsibilities:- Delivering goods to designated locations promptly and efficiently - Ensuring the safety and security of all goods whilst in transit - Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately - Maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle - Adhering to all driving regulations and road safety measures Qualifications/Requirements:- Category C1 driving licence (7.5 tonne) - Valid CPC and tachograph card - A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar driving role - Excellent communication skills - Strong organisational and time management skills Pay Rate:The pay rate for this role is from £12.50 to £13.50 per hour depending on experience.To apply for this position, please visit workchain.co.uk and complete the online application form.
