Job Title: Customer Service Agent (Temp to Perm)
Location: Birmingham B46 area
Workchain is a leading recruitment agency in the UK and we are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent for our client based in Birmingham. The job is temp to perm and will be office based but also an element of customer facing. Our client is looking for a reliable and friendly individual to provide excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner- Responding to customer enquiries and complaints via phone and email- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly- Documenting all customer communication and maintaining accurate records
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office
