Post: Leadership and Organisational Development Advisor

Salary: SO 1 / 2 - £33,915 - £39,036

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: St Marks House, Thornaby (plus flexibility for some home working)

We are looking a skilled individual to build the kinds of relationships which inspire hundreds of colleagues to improve their working lives, the working lives of others in their teams but also the quality of service we provide to the communities of Cleveland.

This role is all about delivering at pace to large diverse groups across our organisation and will have a fundamental role in the continued success of our Organisational Development (OD) Team.
