Description: Female personal assistant/carer required for lady in Newbiggin- by -Sea for 16 hours weekly, - hours will include a night shift.

There are two posts available.

Experience preferred but training available.

Rates of Pay: £13.09 per hour

Main Duties:

To join our small team to support a lady with physical disabilities to live as independent as possible. To support with personal care and dressing, meal preparation and administration of medication.

Experience as a support worker desirable
Outgoing
Motivating
Honest and reliable.
Respect confidentiality.
Ability to both take instructions and use own initiative.
Sense of humour
Caring nature

Further Information: An Enhanced Certificate of Disclosure (DBS) will have to be obtained for the successful candidate (at employer’s expense).

Training: Where it is required, such as in Health and Safety matters, practical training and guidance will be arranged and the care worker will be expected to attend.
