M is a 29 year old male who has Cerbral Palsy and is Quadraplegic and uses a wheelchair fulltime. M needs support accessing the community (going for walks) and escorting me to the Day Care centre and Hydrotherapy. He would prefer to have a female worker due to the need for support with personal care.
Main Duties
To support M with:
· Assistance with personal care
· Accessing the community
· Going for walks
· Attending Hydrotherapy
Essential Criteria
· Non-smoker
· Must be able to drive and have a full, clean licence in order to use M’s vehicle.
· Must be up to date with Covid vaccinations
Personal Qualities & Attributes Required
· Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy.
· Excellent timekeeping.
· Some previous PA experience would be advantageous but not essential.
· Good communication and social skills.
· To respect confidentiality and privacy.
Location: Southdown, Bath and North East Somerset
Hours: 16 hours per week - Monday 9:30 to 3:30, Tuesday and Wednesday 9:30 - 2.30
Pay: £12.50 per hour.
Holiday: 5.6 weeks per year including bank holidays (pro rata for part time).
Start Date: As Soon As Possible.

· Appointment will be subject to a DBS check, funded by the employer.
