Typical day as a Performance and Insights Analyst Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, in a timely and accurate manner, using appropriate reporting tools and software. Design visually appealing dashboards and interactive visualisations to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner. Translating and transitioning existing MI suites onto business accepted BI Tools to establish standardised reporting across multiple platforms. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive operational improvements and strategic decision-making.
