If you f ancy working alongside a b rilliant team , t hen read on… Typical day as a Roofer As a multi-skilled roofer, all allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers. Roofing w orks across repairs, maintenance and property refurbishments including pitched and flat roofs . D eliver ing high-quality and compliant work. M ulti skill ing to improv e first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers ’ homes . Working in our properties across North Lakes, Cumbria . You have City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qulification in roofing or equivalent roofing experience. Experience d roofer within domestic housing , including pitched and flat roofs. Experience and knowledge of diagnosing and identifying roofing works required . E xperience in other building trade areas (multi skilled) . A flexible approach , able to use your own initiative and judgement. A full current driving licence , as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting . Job details Working Monday to Friday, you may be asked to take part in our out of hours service on a rota basis receiving an additional generous on call payment of up to £525 per week. Our base is currently Maryport, although we are currently sourcing a new depot t hat will be within a nearby location. You must be able to use technology for logging jobs and complet ing online learning . You’ll need a Basic DBS check done and we pay for that.
