Base - Belmont Business Park, Durham and working across our properties in the North East



Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)

You'll be a multi skilled Joiner, ensuring that all your allocated jobs are completed ?right first time? with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers. You?ll take pride in delivering compliance and high quality work. You'll be willing to multi-skill across various trades to improve first time fix?s and prevent multiple visits to our customers homes.

What you'll bring



  • You?ll have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in joinery or carpentry.

  • You?ll have experience in all aspects of joinery work within a maintenance environment.

  • You?ll have experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled) with relevant experience/training.

  • A flexible approach, able to use own initiative and judgement.

  • Able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.


Our Joiners, need to have a valid Basic DBS Check under the Disclosure and Barring Service. The great news is that we will pay for that to be done.

Where you?ll do your job



You?ll work across the North East with our office base at Belmont with some flexibility from home too.



Working hours



To meet the needs of our customers, you'll need to be flexible. This means you?ll work 5 days per week and will also be asked to take part in our out of hours service on a rota with our colleagues with an additional payment. But as we?re asking you to be flexible for us, we aim to give you the time you need to spend time doing the things that matter to you!

You?ll work for one of our Repairs and Maintenance Supervisors and Chris our Repairs and Maintenance Manager.
