Summary
This is an exciting new role within the clinical services team at Ashgate Hospice which will provide leadership, operational management and development of the Ashgate Hospice Community Services Teams, including Community Nursing, Palliative Care Support Workers, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Technical Instructors and End of Life Care Facilitators (Care Homes). Our Community Teams deliver outstanding specialist palliative care and support care to patients and their families across the whole of North Derbyshire and work closely with other members of the Health and social care community within the Joined Up Care Derbyshire system
