About the role:
Citiline are looking for a positive happy person who has a desire to develop personally in a professional office environment.

This is a great role to work with the CEO and team and help with basic administration duties telephone answering. You will be helping the team to book and arrange meetings with clients
Dealing with visitors & clients
Basic excel tasks
Complete online forms
Phone clients as needed

You will be supported throughout your work placement by professional qualified people who are there to help you achieve your personal goals as well that of the business.

Coyne Recruitment will be supporting each Kickstarter with the Kickstart online learning programme that offers the client a dedicated LMS portal for enrolment and reporting of progress on training.
The online training programme is broken down into 4 headings which link to the Governments training requirements for Kickstart employees.
Support and creating a winning CV and interview Preparation
Improving Yourself and Setting Goals
Developing Skills in the Workplace.
Managing Yourself
The Coyne Recruitment Kickstart training programme comprises 13 Certificates programmes containing selected tutorials. Each Certificate includes one or more assignments for a delegate to demonstrate their understanding of the subject so that the employer can be sure the delegate has understood the learning. Whilst certificates vary in length they should take between 1.5 and 2 hours to do on average including the assessment so there is potentially between 20 and 26 hours of learning.

All Kickstarters will have a designated in work line Manager who will mentor guide upskill and support each person throughout the 6-month placement.
