Positive Futures Group is a multi-award-winning charity that has been working in London since 2004. We facilitate learning, seminars, workshops, activities, and forums that empower young people to access wider social and educational opportunity. We are looking for a committed and energised individual to help share our content with the world and raise awareness of our charity aims.
This role is ideal for anyone with an interest or experience in social media and in creating content that empowers young people. You will work with the Director and Volunteer team to reach young people and promote our charity's objective through fun and creative means. .
To work with the Director to implement new ways to engage, grow and maintain an interactive follower base.
Create relevant messages and identify news items of interest to promote our charity
Directly interacting and engaging with follower base communication across all of our social media platforms.
Schedule and post to our social media channels
Assist in marketing events on social media
Create content for social channels, emails & website incl. photos, videos, reels etc
Assist and maintain our digital presence through our website and newsletters
Organised with attention to detail
Able to work as part of a team as well as the ability to take initiative and work independently
Familiarity of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Snapchat.
Experience with MailChimp and Wordpress
Positive and approachable
Experience or commitment to Youth development
