Summary

Role overview

We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team based in Winchester for 6 months.




You will be involved in an exciting project which requires us to migrate our paper files to electronic files.




What will I be doing?

You will be supporting the project team by conducting an audit of all employee files and scanning documents into electronic files.
Although the main focus of this role is audting files and scanning, there will be the opportunity to support with other HR / admin
tasks as required.




What do I need to have to apply?

This is a key administrative role within the project team, therefore a high level of attention to detail is required including
experience of working with excel. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong admin skills to immerse themselves in a HR
/ Recruitment team and make a real difference to one of our most exciting projects for 2022.




As this role will require you to visit our homes, you will also need a driving licence and access to the use of a car.




What can you offer me?

This 6 month contract role is full-time - 35 hours per week. The role is based at our Central Office in Winchester
