JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a young creative Social Media/Marketing Assistant who can assist the team and improve and develop some interesting and innovative advertising for our marketing firm.
If you are comfortable and confident in creating social media adverts and able to share them across a wide range of social media platforms then this is the job for you.
You’ll work within a small friendly team and will have the opportunity to learn all about the work of a busy accountancy firm.
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)

SKILLS NEEDED
Data analysis
Attention to detail
Project management
Systematic and organised
Familiar with databases, IT literate
Working effectively with others, including providing training to others

WORKING HOURS
Hours and Shift pattern to be agreed with manager

HOURLY RATE
£9.50

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
A co-ordinated Mentoring/Buddy Programme will be in place throughout the duration of the scheme. This has been designed to give support to Kickstart participants and facilitate engagement, personal development and peer mentoring

A bespoke Personal Development Plan will be agreed and this will be tailored for each individual to include personal, and job specific, learning & development objectives

Regular 1:1 meetings via phone or online in view of the current Covid safe working practices will take place with each individual to review progress and the Personal Development Plan. The wrap-around support package will be person centric and flexible in its approach. Contact can be up to 5 hours per week and out of hours support will be available.

A soft /core skills training package will be available for each individual i.e., business communication skills, CV preparation, interview skills, attitudes and behaviour for employment, customer service and IT skills

Some topics will be delivered to all individuals. Some will be dependent upon individual need and in conjunction with the Personal Development Plan.
