Develop Her Game Ltd

Develop Her Game is expanding across the UK, and is seeking innovative, forward thinking and hardworking individuals to join the academy’s coaching staff in a number of different positions.

Main duties & responsibilities include:

●Maintain a high standard of planning, delivery and monitoring of all coaching activities (Football Camps, Development Hub for Girls, All in, Wildcats, 1 to 1 Coaching Sessions & Birthday Parties)

●Ensure data is collected and inputted as required to adhere to Develop Her Game’s quality management standards and deadlines

●Ensure the appropriate supervision and safeguarding of participants following Develop Her Games policies and procedures

●Ensure the protection and safeguarding of staff, volunteers, third parties and the general public

●Ensure the necessary risk assessments are completed and effectively managed by following Develop Her Games policy and procedures

●Commit to Continuous Professional Development by keeping relevant qualifications and certificates up to date and identify opportunities to enhance personal skills and knowledge

●Regularly communicate with age related phase lead

●Regularly communicate with external marketing manager Jenius Marketing & Design to share photos and good news stories

●Present a professional image of Develop Her Game at all times on and off the pitch, which includes wearing branded kit.

●Supervise sessional staff and/or volunteers as and when required.

●To attend any internal/external training provided by DHG

●To ensure our Child Safety policy is consistently upheld as well as delivering excellent customer service skills.

The job responsibilities as listed above include but are not limited to the tasks you will carry out.

In this role, you will be interacting with customers and therefore must have relevant experience within customer service.

FA Level 1 in Football Coaching is preferable.

FA Safeguarding Children and FA Emergency First Aid in Football is preferred but not essential.

Holding a driver's license is preferable but not essential as long as you are able to get to a range of venues with a large amount of kit.

Finally, you must be able to work under pressure and in a fast changing environment.

Monday to Friday 1pm - 8:30pm

Employability Skills Training:

There will be a wide range of support and development opportunities available. You will have a weekly review with your line manager to discuss progression or any concerns you may have. Training will be available with Develop Her Game’s Operations Director while also having the opportunity to attend courses regarding administration and management of a business. Throughout your probation period, you will be assigned a mentor to help you through the early stages of the job.

In addition to this our Gateway organisation, WorkAdvisor will provide a ten-week e-learning programme. Progress will be monitored by WorkAdvisor and Develop Her Game (your employer)
