JOB SUMMARY
A customer service advisor with knowledge of or interest in gardening required to join a busy and fast growing gardening company
Main Responsibilities:
Dealing with new and existing customer enquiries and bookings.
Planning weekly work for gardening teams.
Handling all customer service matters.
Raising & sending invoices.


The ideal candidate:
Proactive.
Able to prioritise work.
Good attention to detail
Good organisation skills.
Can work unsupervised

SKILLS NEEDED
Good Telephone Manner
Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel
Experience of Outlook Email
Driving Licence (preferred)

WORKING HOURS
9.30am - 2.30pm

HOURLY RATE
£8.91

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
We provide mentoring and training to engage each employee’s interest and desire to work to their best ability. This will include 1-1 and weekly team meetings

Each candidate will receive full training in whatever role they’re offered. They will receive a clear job description and be guided through a training module for each part.
There will opportunities for them to undertake horticulture qualification to increase their knowledge and understanding of our business and industry.
