This role is for 25 hours per week.

As an Asset Administrator for Acis, your role and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Carrying out all administrative tasks, accurately and efficiently
• Providing assistance and support to the Asset team
• Effective communication with customers via the telephone, email and face to face
• Responding to enquiries via mail, email, telephone and in person
• Support the Asset team by organising meetings by distributing agendas, papers and minutes
• Provide data in a range of formats when needed
• Assist in ensuring complaints and queries relating to area of responsibility are dealt with in accordance with company procedure
• Data is accurately captured and uploaded into the appropriate system

SKILLS NEEDED
Essential skills:

• A good standard of education
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with using Microsoft programmes
• Good organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines, whilst prioritising work
• Ability to maintain excellent customer service standards at all times

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
As part of Acis Group we have a lottery funded youth and employer support programme which we will use to provide a wrap around support service to Kickstart employers and young people.

We will be able to provide all aspects of employability support to Kickstart candidates throughout their placement this will include;

• CV development,
• writing cover letters,
• completing application forms
• interview preparation.

As well as employability support, we will also work on some softer development measures such as confidence building and how to prepare for the workplace.

All employability support will be provided on a one to one basis before and during the placement with a focus on providing increased support towards the end of the six month placement where we will then actively help candidates to navigate the current labour market and secure permanent employment with a suitable employer.
