JOB SUMMARY
• The role will require face to face customer service, booking in of clients and ensuring all pre-treatment compliance is completed before a treatment, you will also manage the diary and all pre-treatment diary reminders.

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner with the correct initial responses to assist with new business.

• You will be confident in managing the administration for the clinic and looking to improve process, this is an opportunity to put into place new practices and procedures.

• You will be required to undertake marketing & promotional tasks with the use of social media, face book, Instagram, twitter, and Linked In as well as be involved in any other marketing activities.

• Overall day to day clinic management, this includes ensuring the premises is welcoming and functional for clients and technicians to carry out the treatments, & basic bookkeeping and ordering

• The role has scope for an individual to be creative and to learn transferrable skills, support and training will be provided this may be one to one or online training.

• The role is based in the private clinic and will not require home working.

SKILLS NEEDED
• Basic customer service skills, preferably experience working in a customer facing role

• PC Literate i.e. familiar with email, online diary system, social media platforms word and excel

• Administration skills including filing numerical and alphabetical basis, use of a spreadsheet

• Ability to work on initiative and to ask for assistance and clarification

• Basic bookkeeping and purchasing skills desirable

• Willingness to learn and develop the role

WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday 7 hours per day

HOURLY RATE
National Minimum Wage

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
We will provided:

• Training and mentoring on a 1 to 1 basis with Directors
• Online related training courses: various related forums external providers
• Bi weekly one to one session with a Director
• Monthly review with a Director

This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to understand the basic running of a business from the administration to the marketing and gaining new business, and will enhance their customer skills with a sensitive client base.

The opportunity will also gain them insight into the business of a hair loss clinic with the opportunity to look at an apprenticeship technician.
