JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Junior office assistant to support our team with the day to day administration of a busy property management office.

Day to day duties include:

Collaborating with the Team to manage the diary and schedule of the lettings team
Answering and responding to phone calls
Answering queries on email or social media
Managing office post
Posting letters and parcels
General office support
Tidying and organising the office

SKILLS NEEDED
The ideal candidate would have an interest in property and property management considering a career in the field.

Ideally you have:
Driving license is preferable and own vehicle is ideal
A willingness to be a team player
A solution based mindset - no problems just solutions!
Strong communication skills
Basic office experience including Gmail, and basic microsoft office suite
The ability to problem solve and organise
A self-starter, confident, friendly, creative, and a fast learner
Fluency in English

WORKING HOURS
Fixed days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - Flexible hours

HOURLY RATE
National minimum wage

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
You will work with our team members around the world, including 9 UK cities, South Africa & India and will be supported by our senior team to grow your communication skills and techniques, verbally and written. You will participate in our team meetings and be actively encouraged to share ideas and feedback to increase your skills and communication in teamwork in the office.

Our senior leadership team will work with them to ensure they have planned their travel, they will also be supported by our HR team and coached on attendance and reporting processes in the office.

You will receive training that all new starters go through to understand the company, our project management software, our communication style, and internal processes. You will also receive role specific training from our marketing team on appropriate uses of social media, graphic design tools, advanced marketing researching tools, reporting software and other tools and strategies used by experienced marketers.

You will end their time with us with a rounded experience in a fun and experienced team and a busy office. They will have received generic office based training and support alongside role specific training and support with your CV and job applications.
