Sports Psychotherapy Services specialise in delivering world class training and psychological solutions. Underpinning this, we have a flourishing Digital Academy, which delivers digitally enhanced e-learning solutions. Due to continued growth and success, we now need an experienced E-Learning Designer Developer to join our business unit in Oxfordshire.

Our development team have developed a range of eLearning, virtual and classroom courses and we are experiencing a rapid increase in demand for more on-line content.

You will be designing and developing course material using e-Learning authoring tools and uploading content to the LMS. You may eventually be responsible for writing engaging, relevant and accurate instructional content. Ideally you should have the ability to learn new packages quickly, be able to work on your own initiative and have the tenacity to see problems through to completion. The role requires technical ability regarding achieving the best results from the authoring software as well as a strong eye for digital design. You should be highly accurate and passionate about eLearning to produce innovative and efficient instructional material using audio, custom graphics and animations.

This is a great opportunity to grow and develop your e-learning development portfolio within a supportive and exciting company. You will be working in a small team and will report to the Business Manager.

The role is a remote working opportunity, however occasional travel to Oxford may be required. Travel costs will be re-imbursed.

• Knowledge/experience of design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar
• Experience with web technologies (HTML and WordPress) would be advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident ICT user across multiple platforms
• Able to work as part of a team
• On-line learning creation experience
• Strong videography and video editing skills

10am to 4pm Monday to Friday (1 hour off for lunch)

National Minimum Wage

You will be supported in your role and personal development by a specific online learning course provided by Get-Staffed (, specially designed to provide you with the skills and understanding to enable you to grow your capabilities in the world of work. This comprehensive training and support will be in the following areas:

• Attendance & Timekeeping
• Communication & Teamwork
• Settings Goals & Career Advice
• Interview Skills & CV Tips Creation/Improvement

This will involve online classes which you can study at your own pace. It is anticipated the study time will last no longer than 8 hours in total.
