JOB SUMMARY
This role will introduce you to every section of the restaurant, enabling you to be multi trained, multi skilled and get a real understanding of hospitality.
Once the 6 months is complete, we'll talk you through the other opportunities in our business, and support your development.

Foundation of training plus required training from our perspective, in all areas of the restaurant.

Adapting tools such as shadowing, coaching, mentoring

Career coaching conversation with Restaurant Manager about opportunities outside of Kickstart Placement

Video call with Recruitment team – Interviewing Coaching; preparing for an interview, remote interviews, interviewing style and skills, how to ask questions, how to make sure the job is right for you.
Ongoing feedback and reflection
Month 6
Review of achievement and next steps
Review and Reflection Session on learned knowledge, skills and behaviours (with Restaurant Manager)
Video call with Recruitment team - Job seeking and applying, including specific vacancies at PE, Apprenticeships, hiring cycle and other employers in the sector.
